Rothe House & Garden update August 2009

Rothe House & Garden has enjoyed a successful summer, with an increase in visitor numbers throughout the year. It’s been very busy – with lots of events taking place, including our ‘Meet the Rothes’ each Thursday evening, our Garden Party in June, our Plant Sale in July, Kilkenny Arts Festival and Heritage Week in August.  We’re looking forward to a busy Autumn now, and our schedule includes the Francis MacManus Centenary Seminar organised by Kilkenny Archaeological Society, a Valuation and Auction to take place in October, and our special Christmas evening in early December.
