Summer Barbeque
BANG GOES THE BARBEQUE…AGAIN!! Continued wet weather and poor outlook have combined to undermine our barbeque plans yet again. We are sorry to disppoint all who may have been looking forward to the occasion, especially those who enjoyed our last barbeque. The weather has been so undependable that it is quite likely our planned date of August 30th will surprise us all by turning out to be a lovely evening, and leave us regretting our decision to cancel. However, it is hard to generate interest while the rain pours down, so we owe it to our caterers, and to all who may have the event pencilled into their diaries to make a firm decision in good time, and that means cancellation at this stage.
